Join Us – Lead Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager

Location: Remote working with occasional travel to [head office and] client sites as required.  

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience

Job Type: 37.5 hours per week (full time), Permanent Role

As a Performa IT Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager, you will be the key player between client stakeholders and the internal development team, gathering business requirements, converting them into user stories, solutioning and project managing technical developments through to testing and release. What will you be doing?
  • Assisting Sales in a Pre Sales capacity when scoping and estimating client projects
  • Defining, analysing and documenting requirements for initiatives which require Salesforce implementation
  • Working with clients to determine and document clear and concise business requirements
  • Co ordinating developer resources to build Salesforce technical solutions to address business needs considering Lightning Component design and customisation
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert who can act as the bridge between our clients and internal development teams
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of User Testing including Impact Analysis and working with clients to convert requirements into specification
  • Developing and delivering user procedures and training as well as identify/anticipate obstacles and analyse and propose resolutions
  • Understanding the impact of proposed changes on business areas and processes
  • Facilitating technical team stand-up calls to ensure timely and quality sprint delivery
  • Taking ownership of and Project Managing the client deliveries you are responsible for including monitoring budgets
What we’re looking for: 
  • Ideally a Salesforce Certified Professional with a strong exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud in the new lightning framework, however this is not an absolute must as training will be provided for candidates without prior Salesforce experience.  
  • Extensive experience in Business Analysis
  • Good analytical skills, methodical approach with good attention to detail
  • Team player; someone who will make a contribution to areas outside their remit and appreciates the bigger picture 
  • Experience managing projects and working with senior executives
  • Previous experience working in a consultancy environment
  • Prior exposure to working with offshore teams
Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Business Analysis & Project Management certifications
  • Diagramming skills for building process flow diagrams, swim lanes, data models etc
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint,Visio,Draw.io,Lucid Chart etc)
  • Experience with Project Management tools & JIRA / Elements Cloud (nice to have)
  • Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Certifications
